Job Role:
Provisioning & Activation Executive (Fresher)
Location:
Bengaluru, Karnataka (Work from Office – 5 days)
Job Responsibility:
Assist in provisioning of data, voice, VPN, and leased line services as per client requirements.
Perform service activation and validation using scripts and configuration templates.
Coordinate with engineering, service assurance, and operations teams for smooth delivery.
Track provisioning orders, escalate issues, and ensure SLA adherence.
Update customer provisioning status and maintain accurate documentation.
Support telecom network operations and cross-functional team coordination.
Participate in shift operations, including night or weekend shifts when required.
Qualification:
Fresh graduates in Arts or Science streams (B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, etc.).
Not eligible: B.Tech, BE, MCA, MSc, M.Tech.
Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Basic understanding of networking concepts like IP addressing, routing, and switching.
Skills:
Basic networking knowledge (IP, VLANs, routing protocols).
Familiarity with OSS/BSS tools (Siebel, Remedy, etc.) preferred.
Good documentation and reporting skills (MS Excel).
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Certifications like CCNA (beginner level) are a plus.
