Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Email/Chat Process)

Location: A6, Sector 64, Noida (Opposite Sahara Chowk, Nearest Metro - Sec 62)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

Address customer queries and resolve issues via Email and Chat.

Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.

Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Good communication skills in English & Hindi.

Education: Undergraduate/Graduate (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply).

Work Model: 100% Work from Office.

Shifts: 24x7 rotational shifts (6 days working with 1 rotational week off).

One-side cab facility available in odd-hour shifts.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Package: ₹1.90 LPA - ₹3 LPA

PF & ESIC benefits included.
