Analyst – Legal Services

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical and legal process support to clients while ensuring SLA compliance.

Troubleshoot and resolve client issues through phone and email support.

Record, track, and document customer interactions and resolutions.

Maintain knowledge base and self-help resources for faster query handling.

Assist clients in understanding product features and navigation.

Document call logs and analyze recurring issues to prevent future problems.

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to team leaders when required.

Deliver excellent customer service with effective diagnosis and problem-solving.

Qualification:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate
