Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)
Location:
Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Job Responsibilities:
Engage and build strong communication with students and parents
Generate, nurture, and convert leads into enrolments
Provide course counselling and guidance for student enrolment
Maintain a high conversion rate while meeting daily and monthly targets
Contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline through inside sales strategies
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Freshers and experienced candidates (0 – 3 years) can apply
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Strong persuasion and counselling skills
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and growth-oriented
Salary:
₹50,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum
(Fixed salary + Incentives)
