International Chat Process Executive
Location:
Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries effectively via chat platform.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Work in office-based night shifts with rotational week offs.
Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring accuracy.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve performance targets.
Qualifications:
Freshers, graduates, or undergraduates can apply.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Skills:
Strong communication skills.
Customer handling and service skills.
Experience or familiarity with chat/non-voice processes is a plus.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and night shifts.
Salary:
₹2.75 – 4.75 LPA
