Premium Voice Process (Telesales / Outbound Calling)

Location:

Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana

Job Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls to sell products and services.

Greet and engage customers professionally, ensuring positive interactions.

Clarify customer requirements and provide accurate solutions.

Meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain proper documentation and use CRM tools efficiently.

Qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate candidates (Freshers can apply).

Previous BPO sales or customer service experience preferred.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Hindi).

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle objections and solve customer queries.

Comfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment.

Proficiency in sales/CRM tools will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹3,00,000 P.A. (depending on experience).
