Job Role:

Relationship Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers.

Offer outstanding customer support and assistance.

Efficiently handle and resolve customer queries or issues.

Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain daily reports and accurate documentation.

Qualification:

Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).

Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates are preferred.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic understanding of banking and financial services.

Customer-centric approach and problem-solving attitude.

Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
(Based on experience and individual performance)

Working Hours:

Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
