Job Role:

Trainee – Assembly (Solar Production)

Location:

Plot No. SP 1-1, Industrial Area Karoli, Tapukara Extension, Bhiwadi, District Alwar, Rajasthan – 301707

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in solar panel assembly and production work.

Operate machinery under supervision.

Follow safety standards and maintain product quality.

Support production team in meeting daily targets.

Qualification:

10th / 12th Pass

ITI

Diploma

Graduation

B.Tech

Skills:

Basic technical knowledge of assembly/production.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Punctuality, teamwork, and discipline.

Salary / Stipend:

10th / 12th Pass – ₹11,500

ITI – ₹12,000

Diploma – ₹13,000

Graduation – ₹13,000

B.Tech – ₹14,000

Attendance Award – ₹1,000 (for 26 days, 8 hours + OT)

Age Limit: 18 – 30 Years

Gender: Male & Female both can apply

Shift: Rotational (based on orders)
