Job Role:
HR Recruiter & HR Intern (Female Candidates Only)

Location: 
Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple domains including IT, Non-IT, BPO, and Medical Coding.

Draft and post engaging job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates effectively.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain consistent candidate engagement during selection and onboarding processes.

Support HR team in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.

Qualification:

Any Graduate / MBA / BBA.

Freshers (2024 & 2025 graduates) as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.

Experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and interview coordination preferred.

Salary:

HR Recruiter: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives & Performance-Based Bonuses

HR Intern: ₹15,000/month (First 3 Months), up to ₹20,000/month post 3 months (Performance-Based)

Other Details:

Fixed Day Shifts: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, 6 Days a Week
