Job Role:
Remote Customer Service Associate (Virtual Customer Support) – Seasonal / Fixed-Term
Location:
Work from Home – Delhi, Kolkata, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email
Provide accurate solutions for orders, products, payments, and website navigation
Deliver personalized customer service without scripted responses
Use multiple tools to research, resolve, and review issues
Ensure a delightful customer experience in every interaction
Qualification:
Minimum age 18 years
10th/12th pass or higher qualification accepted
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Must have right to work in India
Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
Skills:
Hard-working, detail-oriented, and quick learner
Strong problem-solving ability
Friendly and customer-focused personality
Computer literacy and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
In-hand salary range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (approx.)
