Job Role: 
Human Resource Recruiter (Female Only)

Location: 
Hyderabad, Work from Office

Job Responsibility:

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain candidate database and prepare daily recruitment reports

Use job portals, social media, and networking to attract talent

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies

Qualification:

Any Graduate (Freshers of 2024/2025 batch can apply)

Immediate joiners preferred

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for recruitment and people management

Proficient in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

Knowledge of recruitment tools and talent acquisition processes

Salary:

Freshers: ₹15,000 per month (up to ₹20,000 after 3 months based on performance)

Experienced: Up to ₹25,000 per month + incentives

Other Details:

Fixed day shift, 6 days working (Sunday off)
