Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage a team of 10–20 field sales executives
Grow distribution and market share in the assigned area
Recruit, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets
Plan market size, territories, and geographies for field sales executives
Ensure effective communication of sales plans and targets to the team
Monitor quality parameters and validate audits of team acquisitions and sales
Ensure team presence in the market to drive sales and product usage
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA
Relevant experience in Direct Sales, B2B, Telecom, FMCG, FinTech, or Device Sales preferred
