Process Associate – Customer Care
Location:
Hyderabad / Secunderabad
Job Responsibility:
Manage 3+ customer chats simultaneously
Respond to customer queries promptly within policies
Troubleshoot issues related to domains, hosting, servers, SSL, email, and web technologies
Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to customers
Report bugs, provide suggestions, and replicate issues
Maintain process knowledge and continuously upskill
Deliver excellent customer service with professional communication
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Diploma (Preferred B.Tech or computer certification/diploma)
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication (neutral English accent)
Typing speed 40–45 WPM with 80%+ accuracy
Knowledge of internet, email clients, domains, hosting, and security
Customer support and sales techniques
Analytical and problem-solving ability
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends
