Customer Service Executive
Location:
Gurugram, Haryana
Job Responsibility:
Convert inbound and outbound leads into insurance sales.
Promote and sell various insurance products to potential clients.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
Provide excellent customer support and resolve client queries efficiently.
Build strong relationships with existing and new customers to enhance client satisfaction.
Handle high call volumes while maintaining professional communication.
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Experience in customer handling, voice process, and query resolution is a plus.
Salary:
₹2.5–3.5 LPA
