Job Role:
Customer Support – Voice & Email Process (SBI Domestic Process)
Location:
Gurugram (Dhundahera), Delhi/NCR
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and support through voice and email process.
Deliver excellent service to SBI Domestic Process customers.
Maintain professionalism and accuracy in resolving concerns.
Work effectively in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless issue resolution.
Qualification:
Any Graduate (Freshers and Experienced candidates welcome).
Minimum 6 months of prior customer service experience preferred.
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Familiarity with customer support, email process, and domestic voice handling.
Good typing and problem-solving skills.
Salary:
₹1.75 – 3.5 LPA (Approx. ₹24,000 CTC)
