Job Description:

Adani Group is seeking an experienced Head of Project Management for Mega Real Estate Projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in real estate development and a proven track record in project management roles within large PM/Construction companies. The candidate will be responsible for leading, overseeing, and managing large-scale construction projects for Adani Airport City Side Development.

This role requires strong leadership, governance, and strategic oversight to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee mega real estate projects (3-5 Mn sqft) from conception to completion.

Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

Collaborate with Central Project Assurance Group (CPAG) to align project objectives and outcomes.

Provide strategic oversight of project financial forecasts and performance metrics.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and project teams.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols.

Implement best practices in project management for efficiency and quality.

Establish project reporting systems, audits, and risk management strategies.

Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing project management team.

Qualification & Eligibility:

Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering, Architecture with Project Management Certifications from reputed institutes (ISB, SPA, PMI, etc.).

Certifications: Project Management certification is a plus.

Experience: 20+ years in real estate development and large-scale project management.

Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Projects, Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Office.
