Job Role: International Voice Process Executive
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Job Responsibility:
Handle international customer interactions via voice and non-voice channels.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide excellent service.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Qualification:
Graduates (UG/BE/B.Tech/Any Graduate)
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer service or any international BPO process.
Skills:
Strong communication skills in English.
Proficiency in handling calls, emails, and chat support.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of CRM tools and call management software is a plus.
Preferred backgrounds include B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.Tech, MCA, MBA, or equivalent.
Salary:
Freshers: ₹23,800 per month
Experienced (6 months to 1 year): Up to ₹32,000 per month
Annual CTC: Up to 4.70 LPA
Other Details:
Work Schedule: 5-day workweek
