Job Summary:
Titan is looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to bridge the gap between employees and management. The HRBP will drive all HR processes in the designated business unit, aligning business objectives with employee needs while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manpower Planning:
Collaborate with business units to assess manpower needs based on capability and growth strategies.
Analyze previous data on attrition, talent costs, and budgeted positions.
Support finalizing manpower requirements in collaboration with leadership teams.
Learning & Development, Career and Succession Planning:
Identify stagnant employees and encourage career movements.
Participate in talent review discussions with function heads.
Identify potential successors and develop their Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Ensure training needs are met by coordinating with the L&D team.
Performance Management:
Conduct goal-setting meetings ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Monitor and audit goal-setting processes to maintain adherence to company standards.
Manage employee performance reviews and conduct performance calibration discussions.
Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and monitor progress.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee grievances and escalations in a timely manner.
Investigate allegations of misconduct, harassment, and fraud and document findings.
Develop and implement disciplinary actions in consultation with senior stakeholders.
Conduct employee engagement activities and monitor engagement scores.
Manage employee exit interviews and analyze reasons for departures.
Organizational Development & Internal Consulting:
Assist in organization design and structure modifications.
Review manpower and organizational structures periodically for efficiency.
Design and monitor sales incentive programs in alignment with business needs.
Drive and sustain Organizational Development (OD) initiatives.
Recruitment & Selection:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
Ensure smooth candidate selection, interviews, and salary negotiations.
Verify documentation and oversee onboarding and induction processes.
