Job Role:
Production Trainee / Operator (12th Pass or ITI – Technical Trade only)

Location:
Plot No. 22 & 23, Sector 6, IMT Manesar, Haryana

Job Responsibilities:

Operate machines and work on the production line

Inspect components to meet quality standards

Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness during shifts

Perform other production-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass

ITI in a technical trade preferred

Age Limit: 18–25 years (Male candidates only)

Required Skills:

Basic technical knowledge and machine-handling ability

Good teamwork and communication skills

Ability to work long shifts

Strict adherence to safety guidelines

Salary & Benefits:

12th Pass: ₹12,500 per month

ITI Pass: ₹13,650 per month

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,200 (on 26 days full attendance)

Overtime: As per company policy (single rate)

Performance Award: 8.33% of earned salary (after 3 months)

Festival Award: ₹2,500 (for working during festive season)

Other Details:

Canteen facility: Meals at ₹20 per diet
