Executive to GM – Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibility:
Selling commercial properties through direct and channel sales.
Empaneling new channel partners and generating revenue through them.
Developing and executing marketing and sales strategies.
Forecasting market needs and analyzing campaign responses vs sales.
Generating new business opportunities for the organization.
Leading Sales & Marketing operations across locations (for AGM/DGM/GM roles).
Building corporate tie-ups and managing key business segments.
Qualification:
Executive to Chief Manager: Graduation
AGM/DGM/GM: MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing
Skills:
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
Knowledge of direct and channel sales strategies.
Ability to analyze market trends and modify sales plans accordingly.
