Job Role:
Customer Service Executive – Sales (NCV Finance & Other OEM)
Location:
Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai
Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads and drive business from assigned dealerships as well as the open market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer staff to achieve sales objectives.
Update Post Disbursal Documents (PDD), RC details, First EMI, and non-starter collections to maintain portfolio accuracy.
Communicate finance schemes, payouts, and RC details to dealership staff regularly.
Implement finance schemes at dealer level and conduct periodic training for dealer sales teams.
Understand customer requirements and guide them on suitable finance schemes.
Share daily MIS reports with case-wise lead status from dealerships.
Achieve minimum targets as per the productivity matrix.
Maintain login-to-conversion ratios as per company standards.
Qualification:
Undergraduate: Any Graduate
