Job Responsibilities:

Schedule faculty and optimize classroom and staff utilization.

Form student batches and manage mandatory documentation.

Distribute courseware and materials to students.

Conduct student grooming inspections.

Support placement-related activities.

Manage student fee collections.

Prepare daily reports on training delivery and placement progress.

Manage student certification processes.

Ensure high student attendance and reduce dropouts.

Upsell courses through student referrals.

Conduct parent-teacher meetings in a timely manner.

Organize student engagement activities to enhance learning experience.

Qualification:

Any Graduate

Experience:

4 to 6 years in training coordination, academic management, or related roles

Skills Required:

Scheduling and rostering

Interviewing and candidate screening

HR and talent acquisition knowledge

Placement coordination and training delivery

Filing and documentation management

Student engagement and monitoring

Referral and upselling management
