Job Role:
Data Entry / Customer Service Representative

Location:
Pitampura, Delhi, India (In-office)

Job Responsibilities:

Answer customer phone calls for emergency plumbing, heating, and AC services.

Guide customers calmly and effectively to ensure they receive timely assistance.

Address customer questions and concerns professionally.

Learn product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Enter customer and service data, including technician hours and work completed, into the system.

Provide excellent service during all situations.

Send invoices to customers.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualification:

English Medium Education

Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service

Proficiency in data entry and office software

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Previous customer service or data entry experience is a plus

Knowledge of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning is an asset

Good typing skills

Experience:

Fresher or relevant experience

Salary & Benefits:

₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month
