Associate / Operator

Location:
National Highway 8A, Matoda, Sarkhej - Bavla, Gujarat 382213

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and handle air conditioning compressor production processes.

Ensure quality and safety standards in manufacturing.

Assist in day-to-day plant operations as assigned.

Maintain proper records of production and reporting to supervisors.

Qualification:

10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, or Graduation

Age Limit:

18 to 30 years

Salary & Benefits:

10th, 12th, ITI, Graduation: Gross ₹18,057, In-hand ₹16,122 (26 days)

Diploma: Gross ₹18,914, In-hand ₹16,972 (26 days)

Overtime: ₹127 per hour

EPF & ESIC benefits

Free bus facility (Sarkhej to Bavla)

Canteen facility: ₹10 per meal, tea & snacks

Room rent for out-of-state employees: ₹500 per month

Shift & Work Details:

Shifts: 7 AM – 5 PM and 9 PM – 7 AM
