Production/Assembly Staff (NAPS, NATS, Experienced Grinding Polisher)

Location:
Chaupanki Tauru Road, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Job Responsibility:

Operate and manage production and assembly tasks.

Ensure quality standards for bathroom ware components.

Perform polishing, grinding, and related assembly work.

Follow safety protocols and shift schedules.

Qualification:

NAPS: 10th, 12th, ITI

NATS: Graduation, Diploma, B-Tech

Experienced Grinding Polisher: Relevant experience

Skills:

Basic production and assembly skills

Attention to quality and safety

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Salary:

NAPS: ₹10,000/- + DBT ₹1,500 + Bonus ₹2,500 + OT ₹3,791 → Total ₹17,791/- Monthly

NATS: ₹12,000/- + DBT ₹4,000 + Bonus ₹2,500 + OT ₹4,550 → Total ₹23,050/- Monthly

Experienced Grinding Polisher: ₹17,000/- + Leave bonus ₹736 + Attendance Bonus ₹2,500 + OT ₹6,445 → Total ₹26,681/- Monthly

Other Details:

Working Hours: 8 hrs/day + 3.5 hrs OT

Attendance Bonus for 26-day presence

Canteen facility: ₹30/- deduction per meal
