Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications while serving as the primary contact for the development process. You will oversee application development and ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate with and manage the team effectively
Make key decisions related to team performance
Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key project decisions
Provide innovative solutions to problems across teams
Lead the application development lifecycle efficiently
Ensure timely and successful project delivery
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
Professional & Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management
Strong understanding of IT service management processes
Experience in leading application development projects
Knowledge of ITIL framework
Hands-on experience in configuring ServiceNow applications
Additional Information:
Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management
Position based at Bengaluru office
Requires a full-time 15-year education background
