Job Role:
Customer Sales Executive (Outbound Sales / Video Promoter)

Location:
Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana

Job Responsibilities:

Handle outbound sales calls and promote products/services effectively.

Engage with customers via voice and video process to generate leads and drive conversions.

Deliver persuasive communication to convince potential clients and achieve targets.

Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term business.

Meet sales goals and contribute to the team’s overall growth.

Qualification:

Minimum Graduate (any stream).

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Confident, presentable, and camera-friendly.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Salary:

Freshers: ₹21,000 (in-hand)

Experienced: ₹27,000 CTC / ₹23,000 in-hand

Video Promoter Role: Up to ₹35,000 CTC

Unlimited performance-based incentives

Other Details:

Work Mode: Full-time, permanent

Work Days: 5 days a week

Timings:
• Boys – up to 12 midnight
• Girls – up to 7:30 pm
