Job Role:
Customer Support Executive – Premium Aviation Process (Inbound Voice)
Location:
Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound voice customer service queries.
Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them efficiently.
Escalate unresolved cases to appropriate internal teams.
Collect accurate information and document solutions.
Ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
Good interpersonal skills and adaptability
Salary:
₹12,500 – ₹15,500 per month + Incentives (₹3,500 – ₹5,000 per month)
