Job Role:
Executive – Customer Services, T1 Service
Location:
DLF Cyber City, Tower C, Block 2, Building 3, Gurugram, Haryana – 122002
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from credit card holders to resolve queries, complaints, and service requests.
Ensure high-quality customer service in line with agreed SLAs.
Achieve daily performance targets such as AHT, productivity, first call resolution, cross-sell, and CSAT.
Monitor process adherence, escalate issues, and provide real-time input for process improvement.
Maintain documentation, compliance, and timely resolution across sub-processes.
Identify areas for process automation and improvement through RPA initiatives.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
Skills:
Knowledge of customer service processes
Stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
Process orientation and attention to detail
Ability to meet KPIs such as first response time, quality, productivity, and schedule adherence
