Job Role:
Officer – Finance

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze MIS reports related to product pricing and cost structures.

Release annual price hike circulars and update new product launch prices.

Coordinate stride calls for price revisions and ensure compliance with NPPA guidelines.

Update pricing details for hospital, generics, physician samples, and Nepal markets.

Manage cost release processes at CWH and depot levels.

Resolve finance-related queries from plants, depots, and internal stakeholders.

Upload and maintain forms (Form-I, II, III, V) on the IPDMS portal.

Handle NPPA notices, queries, and official communication.

Ensure timely and accurate price list updates in SAP and internal systems.

Support process improvement and maintain data accuracy through MS Office tools.

Qualification:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce or related discipline.

1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in SAP and MS Office

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing and costing

Good communication and stakeholder management

Detail-oriented with strong process understanding
