Customer Support Executive (Voice / Chat Process)

Location:
Noida (Work from Office)

Job Responsibility:

Manage incoming phone calls and chat support.

Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions within set time limits.

Maintain records of customer interactions and process accounts.

Identify customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

Provide accurate and complete information using the correct tools and methods.

Qualification:
Undergraduate / Graduate (Any stream)

Skills:

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Typing and basic computer knowledge.

Customer handling and problem-solving ability.

Fluent English and good interpersonal skills.

Experience:
0 - 4 Years (Freshers can apply)

Salary:
₹1.75 – ₹3.25 LPA (Based on skills and experience)

Other Details:

5 Days Working (Rotational Shifts and Offs)

Immediate Joiners Preferred
