Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from clients to resolve queries related to insurance policies.

Provide expert advice on life insurance, health insurance, and other insurance products.

Achieve daily and weekly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Promote insurance products and upsell services as required.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales updates.

Qualification:

Graduation not required.

Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

B2C sales, telesales, and insurance advisory skills.

Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.

Convincing power and customer-oriented approach.

Experience:

0 – 1 Year (Insurance sales experience preferred)

Salary:

₹1.5 – ₹2.5 LPA (depends on interview performance)
