Job Role:
Quality Department Staff – Diploma, ITI, 10th/12th

Location:
Bilaspur, Haryana

Job Responsibilities:

Perform quality checks and inspections on automotive components.

Ensure adherence to company standards and specifications.

Maintain accurate records of quality assessments.

Support production teams to maintain consistent product quality.

Qualification:

10th / 12th pass

ITI (All trades)

Diploma (Polytechnic – Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)

Skills:

Basic knowledge of quality inspection processes.

Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.

Teamwork and discipline in production environment.

Experience:

Freshers can apply.

Salary:

10th / 12th: ₹12,500 + ₹800 allowance

ITI: ₹13,000 + ₹800 allowance

Diploma: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 (Based on interview)

Night Shift Allowance: ₹50 per night

Overtime: ₹60 – ₹65 per hour

Other Details:

Meal: 1-time lunch + tea/snacks

Medical Insurance available

Eligibility: 18 – 30 years of age
