Job Role: Customer Service Associate – Premium E-Commerce Process

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via chat and provide excellent service.

Assist customers with product information, order placement, tracking, returns, and complaints.

Resolve issues effectively and escalate when necessary.

Maintain updated knowledge of products, promotions, and policies.

Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Follow company policies and ensure quality in service delivery.

Qualification: Graduate from any discipline; ITI candidates also eligible

Skills:

Excellent communication in English (written and verbal)

Problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused mindset

Basic computer and internet proficiency

Salary:

Annual CTC up to 2.20 LPA

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Work Days: 6 Days with rotational off
