Job Role:
Customer Support Associate (CSA – WFH)
Location:
Remote (Work From Home)
Hiring Office Location: Mumbai (All Areas)
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Escalate complex concerns to the senior team when required.
Maintain accurate logs and records of interactions in CRM systems.
Work collaboratively with internal departments to improve customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
HSC or Graduate (Any stream)
Freshers and experienced (0–6 years) can apply
Only candidates from Mumbai are eligible
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with rotational and night shifts (24/7)
Prior experience in US Process / International Voice Process / BPO will be an added advantage
Salary:
₹2 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA (Depending on experience and interview performance)
