Job Role:
Social Media Process Executive (Blended Process – WFH)
Location:
Remote (Work From Home)
Hiring Office Locations: Delhi, Pune, Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns through social media platforms, primarily Twitter (X).
Respond promptly to customer comments, messages, and posts with professionalism.
Manage social media engagement and ensure quick issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments to provide accurate and timely responses.
Maintain daily activity reports and ensure service quality standards are met.
Qualification:
Graduation not required
Candidates must not be pursuing studies
Age limit: 18–40 years
Skills Required:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong knowledge of Twitter (X) and other social media platforms
Prior experience in BPO / International Voice / Blended Process preferred
Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced online interactions
Good analytical and problem-solving approach
Salary:
Up to ₹4 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Days: 6 days/week, 1 rotational week off
Shifts: Rotational or split shifts
Working Hours: 9 hours/day (including 1-hour break)
