Inside Sales Manager
Location:
Bengaluru (HSR Layout, BTM 2nd Stage)
Job Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls within an international voice process environment.
Upsell and cross-sell educational programs to existing and potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with learners through follow-ups and personalized communication.
Achieve monthly sales targets, conversion goals, and performance KPIs.
Collaborate with the internal team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualification:
Any Graduate
Candidates with prior experience in sales or EdTech preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
