Job Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers with their daily banking needs in a courteous and professional manner.

Handle deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other financial transactions accurately.

Maintain cash balance and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.

Cross-sell banking products and services such as savings accounts, loans, and digital banking.

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring a smooth branch experience.

Ensure adherence to banking policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.

Collaborate with branch staff to achieve overall operational and customer service goals.

Qualification:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Prior experience in cash handling or customer service roles preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and service orientation may also apply.
