HR Service Delivery New Associate

Job Responsibilities:
Handle employee data management, record updates, and HR transactions using standardized processes and tools.
Assist in query and case management within employee services.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in managing employee information.
Support HR operations and delivery teams in ensuring seamless service processes.
Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and service quality.
Follow all procedural guidelines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Work under supervision while learning to manage HR systems and tools effectively.
Be open to rotational shifts as required by business needs.
Qualification:
Any Graduate (All streams accepted)
0 to 1 year of experience in HR, data management, or related support roles preferred
Freshers with good communication and MS Office skills are encouraged to apply
