Job Role:
Associate – Voice / Non-Voice Process (Customer Support)

Location:

Gurugram (Sector 48, Candor Tech Space) – Voice Process

Navi Mumbai (Airoli Mindspace Unit) – Non-Voice / Chat / Email Process

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats in a professional and efficient manner.

Deliver accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining service quality and satisfaction levels.

Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) such as response time, accuracy, and customer effort.

Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and ensure follow-ups are completed.

Maintain proper documentation of interactions and support continuous process improvements.

Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, behavior, and quality standards.

Support team goals by contributing to a positive and engaging work culture.

Qualification:

Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, BCA, BHM, B.Sc, and equivalent 3-year degree courses).

Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant BPO experience are eligible.

For Navi Mumbai: HSC passed or graduates (non-technical background only).

Skills:

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Excellent customer handling and problem-solving ability.

Typing speed of at least 40 WPM (for Non-Voice process).

Positive attitude, adaptability, and teamwork.

Willingness to work in night or rotational shifts.

Salary:

₹2 LPA – ₹4 LPA (Based on experience and process type)

Other Details:

Shift: Fixed Night / Rotational (Both-side cab available for Gurugram location)

Work Days: 5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Off for Gurugram)

Immediate Joiners Preferred (within 10–15 days)
