Are you passionate about vendor management, risk assessment, and safety compliance? We are seeking a Vendor Collaboration Specialist to lead risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, and compliance monitoring to ensure smooth vendor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Assessment & Audits: Conduct hazard identification, safety audits, and compliance checks (Fire & Safety, CMS, External Audits, Monsoon Management).
Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to OHS legal requirements, including PoSH, CL, and LTS regulations.
Safety Program Implementation: Lead the Safety Ambassador program, vendor safety improvements, and benchmark best practices.
Fire Protection & Incident Management: Support firefighting coordination, incident investigations, and mock drill improvements.
Shutdown Activity Management: Conduct permit system audits, violation assessments, and corrective action planning.
Safety Training & Development: Organize monthly training programs on safety compliance, emergency preparedness, and risk mitigation.
Certifications & Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and LOTO implementation.

Required Qualifications:

BE/BTech/MTech/ME in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
3-7 years of relevant experience in vendor collaboration, risk assessment, and safety compliance.
