Job Role:
Deputy Manager – Sales Planning & Reporting
Location:
Gurugram, Haryana (DLF Cyber City, Tower B, Block 2, Building 3)
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and publish regional, zonal, and circle-level sales dashboards on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct detailed cost analysis and compare data across regions for improved financial planning.
Track daily and monthly application volumes, analyze trends, and support sales forecasting.
Manage workforce planning by monitoring FTE and NFTE headcount utilization, productivity, and hiring needs.
Develop hiring and staffing plans to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Coordinate with teams for training completion, performance rewards, and recognition programs.
Provide system and reporting support for annual sales planning and cost projections.
Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and share updates with stakeholders and senior management.
Track target vs. achievement data at various managerial levels and publish periodic review reports.
Support sales townhalls, recognition programs, and leadership initiatives.
Qualification:
Minimum: Graduate
Preferred: Postgraduate (in Business, Finance, or related field)
Skills:
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with analytics tools like Python or R is an advantage.
Solid understanding of sales planning and forecasting processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
Relationship-building and data interpretation skills.
