Job Role:
CNC / VMC Operator

Location:
Narsapura, Bangalore, Karnataka

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain CNC and VMC machines as per company standards.

Ensure product quality by following process parameters and inspection procedures.

Perform basic machine setups and tool changes under supervision.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency on the shop floor.

Support production targets and report daily work status to the supervisor.

Qualification:
10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / BA / B.Sc (All Trades Eligible – Male Candidates Only)

Basic knowledge of CNC and VMC operations required.

Skills:

Understanding of CNC/VMC operation and machine handling.

Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety protocols.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work in shifts and perform overtime.

Salary:

ITI Candidates: ₹16,500 per month (8 hrs) + OT ₹70/hr (12 hrs – up to ₹23,780)

Diploma Candidates: ₹20,500 per month (8 hrs) + OT ₹70/hr (12 hrs – up to ₹27,780)

BA / B.Sc / 12th Candidates: Up to ₹20,000 per month (8 hrs)

Other Details:

Joining Date: 5 November 2025

Duty Hours: 8 hours/day

Overtime: Available after training (minimum 20 days/month)

Canteen: ₹25 per day

Tea: 2 times/day (Free)

Bus Facility: Available

Hostel: ₹1,500 – ₹1,800 per month
