Job Role:
Assembly Line Operator / Machine Operator – Trainee

Location:
22 & 23, Sector 6, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122051

Program:
NAPS (Apprenticeship)

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain engine part manufacturing machines.

Work on assembly line processes.

Follow safety and production guidelines.

Achieve daily production targets under supervisor guidance.

Qualification:
12th Pass / ITI (All Trades except Civil, COPA, Plumber, Carpenter)

Age Limit:
18 – 28 years

Gender:
Male / Female

Salary Details (8 hrs duty):

12th Pass: ₹11,600 (Basic) + ₹900 (PA) = ₹12,500
Attendance Reward ₹1,200 → ₹13,700/month

ITI Pass: ₹12,600 (Basic) + ₹1,050 (PA) = ₹13,650
Attendance Reward ₹1,200 → ₹14,850/month

Duty Time: 8 hrs + 3.5 hrs Overtime (Single Rate)

Other Benefits:

Attendance Bonus – ₹1,200 (for 26-day full duty)

Festive Bonus – ₹2,500 (every 3 months)

Subsidized Canteen – ₹20 per meal

Accommodation Assistance – ₹1,500–₹1,600 per person (3–4 persons per room)
