Job Role:
Senior Centre Manager – Microfinance

Location:
Delhi / NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Patna

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct village surveys and identify potential customers for microfinance services.

Form Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) and promote financial literacy in targeted rural areas.

Source new customers, collect and validate documents as per SOP, and manage data entry on LOS.

Coordinate with Branch Managers and Credit Operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursements.

Schedule and conduct centre meetings, ensuring full customer participation and timely collections.

Maintain a portfolio of 450–500 customers and ensure on-time repayments.

Handle customer queries, promote cross-sell and top-up opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct loan utilization checks and ensure compliance with company policies.

Report daily activities and reconcile recovery deposits with branch operations.

Maintain discipline, code of conduct, and ensure zero audit discrepancies.

Qualification:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
Candidates with experience in microfinance or rural banking will be preferred.
