Job Role:
Customer Care Executive – Premium E-Commerce Process

Location:
Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions through chat or voice for a leading e-commerce client.

Assist customers with product details, order placements, tracking, cancellations, and returns.

Resolve customer complaints and provide quick, professional solutions.

Stay updated with product launches, offers, and discounts.

Maintain customer interaction logs in CRM systems accurately.

Collaborate with team members to resolve escalated issues.

Adhere to company quality standards and operational procedures.

Qualification:

Graduate from any discipline.

Versant Level 5 or equivalent English proficiency is required.

0–2 years of experience in customer support, BPO, or e-commerce preferred.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities

Customer-centric mindset

Knowledge of basic computer operations & CRM tools

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Salary:

₹2.0 – ₹2.5 LPA (Annual CTC)
