About the Role

The Financial Accounting Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with Indian Accounting Standards, IFRS, SEBI Listing regulations, and SOX & IFC frameworks. You will be part of the newly created Ice Cream Group Controlling Team, a core part of our local and global finance structure.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes.

Ensure compliance with Indian & international accounting standards.

Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Analyze financial results and support presentation to leadership teams.

Implement new reporting requirements in alignment with regulations.

Internal Controls & Audit:

Ensure compliance with SOX, IFC, and SEBI listing regulations.

Support audit processes and handle external auditor relationships.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

Drive financial process improvements through automation & technology.

Collaborate on ERP system upgrades to enhance reporting accuracy.

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Professional qualification (ICAI, ACCA, or equivalent) is a must.

3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, and audits.

Strong knowledge of IFRS, Ind AS, Internal Financial Controls, and SOX.
