Production Department Operator

Location:

Job Responsibilities:

Operate machines and handle gear production processes

Maintain production efficiency and follow quality standards

Ensure safety procedures are followed during operations

Support the production team and report daily output to supervisors

Perform overtime as per shift requirements

Qualification:

Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of production machinery and tools

Ability to work in a 12-hour shift

Physically fit and disciplined

Willingness to work overtime

Salary:

Basic Salary: Rs 16,000 per month
Attendance Bonus: Rs 1,000 per month
Overtime: Rs 76 per hour (Average 4 hours daily)
Total Estimated Salary: Rs 23,916 per month (for 12 hours, 26 working days)
