Aspire Program – Relationship Manager (Sales Role)

Location:
Mumbai (Placement Pan India based on requirement)

Job Responsibilities:

Build and manage strong customer relationships through effective communication and service.

Understand customer needs and offer suitable banking products and solutions.

Work on relationship management and sales targets to drive business growth.

Maintain client satisfaction through regular interactions and support.

Represent ICICI Bank with professionalism, empathy, and the spirit of Seva Bhav.

Be flexible with job roles and locations as per organizational requirements.

Qualification:

Current year Graduates, Engineers, or Post-Graduates/MBA pass-outs can apply.

Minimum 60% marks in 10th and Graduation.

Candidate must be location-flexible and willing to take up a sales role.

Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers encouraged to apply).

Skills Required:

Strong relationship management and client-handling skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Sales orientation and goal-driven mindset.

Adaptability, humility, and willingness to learn.

Basic understanding of banking and financial services preferred.

Salary:

Stipend during training: ₹18,000 per month

Starting CTC: ₹4.5 – ₹5 LPA (based on posting location)
