Assistant Manager – BFS Direct
Location:
Mumbai, Goregaon
Job Responsibilities:
Implement and ensure adherence to the cash policy and compliance at the assigned branches.
Handle daily cash collection, updating, and deposit activities.
Prepare and send daily cash collection reports to the Head Office.
Verify and update agency collections.
Attend walk-in customers and resolve their issues promptly.
Maintain 100% customer satisfaction levels.
Coordinate with HO/TCS to resolve customer queries within TAT.
Cross-sell insurance and other financial products.
Collect customer feedback on services and products.
Perform branch admin-related activities in coordination with the admin manager as per company policy.
Qualification:
MBA / Postgraduate / Graduate in any discipline
0–3 years of relevant experience in banking or financial institutions
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service and team management ability
Strategic thinking and performance improvement mindset
Positive attitude and goal-oriented approach
